Arun holds an MA in Social Work (Development and Therapeutic Counselling) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences which is India’s most respected institution for understanding society and people. This training gave him the clinical grounding to sit with whatever a person brings into the room.
Before this, he spent over a decade inside corporate environments, including Maruti Suzuki and Samsung. He has also worked with people across India. He saw, from the inside, how work pressure, family expectation, and unspoken struggle shape a life. But the conversations that stayed with him were never the ones on the agenda like a colleague quietly unraveling, a parent who didn’t know how to reach their child, a friend carrying something heavy alone. Those conversations are what brought him back to Kerala, and to this work, full-time.
“I wanted to stop changing lives at scale and start being useful to one person in front of me.”
— Arun RajuHe grew up in this community and understands Kerala families from the inside, the silence around mental health, the weight of NRI expectations, the loneliness that can arrive even in the middle of a full and busy life. He speaks your language, in more ways than one.
You don’t need to know which one you need. Say hello, and Arun will help you find the right starting point.
